Hi, I'm Lilly, a 3 year old Blue Tick Coonhound mix, and I'm patiently waiting for my new forever family and home. I'm not really sure what happened because I lived with, and loved my own family for the past 3 years, ever since I was a little puppy and had the happiest life! One day, they took me for a ride in the car (I love car rides!), and dropped me off at a shelter. Whoa, this is not what I was expecting! Why did they leave me there?! I overheard them mention moving and not being able to take me to the new home, which made me sad and confused. It's pretty scary to be alone in a kennel with lots of dogs barking around me, but the volunteers there give me lots of pats and hugs. Every day they tell me that I am beautiful and I give them lots of kisses in return for their love and belly rubs, which feel so good! I like other dogs and children and, while I passed my initial cat test, I get a bit excited when meeting new ones. I'm about 50 pounds, and love to walk on the leash and chew on my toys. I am now in the care of a rescue, so I am safe, but I dream every night of having my own family to love. I'd love a fenced yard, but that isn't a requirement as long as I get plenty of exercise. House-trained, spayed, HW/Lyme negative and current on vaccinations, I'm all ready to pack up and move in with my new family! Is that you?
